How to request a quotation?
Submit the product link via the platform to get a quotation from the supplier. Once the request is approved, you can add the product to your collection.
Can product links from AliExpress be used to request a quote?
As long as a valid product link is available, a quotation can be requested directly on the Banzota platform – including links from AliExpress.
Are shipping costs included in quotes?
Quotes combine product and shipping costs, with prices shown by region.
How long does quoting take?
Quotes are typically completed within within 1-4 working hours, just 5-10 minutes for in-stock products.
Why are shipping costs high for some countries?
Limited logistics options can lead to higher shipping fees for certain destinations.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotations are valid for 7 days during peak seasons and 15 days during off-peak periods.
What is the minimum order quantity?
You can place orders starting from a single item – no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
How many stores can one Banzota account connect to?
A single Banzota account can connect to multiple stores (BettaMax, Shopify, etc.).
Can a store connect to multiple Banzota accounts?
Each BettaMax store can connect to multiple Banzota accounts, whereas each Shopify store can connect to only one Banzota account.
How do I connect my Shopify store to Banzota?
First, create a Custom App in your Shopify store, then link it to your Banzota account.
How to import products to my store?
The “Add to My Product” feature allows users to easily add products they are interested in to their collection.
Can orders be fulfilled automatically?
Yes, once your store is connected to the Banzota platform, any new orders will be processed automatically.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long does global shipping take?
International orders are typically delivered within 7–15 days.
Is it possible to cancel or modify an order?
If a customer wishes to cancel or modify an order, the request must be submitted within 24 hours after the order has been confirmed. After this period, the Fulfillment Department will review the order status and determine an appropriate solution based on its current processing stage.
How to track an order?
Order tracking and status updates are automatically synchronized through the Banzota system. The tracking number will be attached to your store once an order is placed.
When must payment be made for an order?
Sellers are required to pay 100% of the order value plus service fees before fulfillment begins.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made via PayPal, PingPong, or other payment methods mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Does Banzota support product returns and exchanges?
Yes, our dedicated support team will assist with product returns and exchanges whenever your customer requires it.
What happens if an order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Banzota will assist with reshipping the order according to the shipping insurance policy or a separate agreement.
How to make a complaint?
Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of the issue. Sellers must provide all necessary order details, and Banzota will verify and respond within 5 business days.
