I. Introduction
Welcome to Banzota – a leading dropshipping fulfillment platform. Before using the Banzota site or creating a Banzota account, please read the following Terms of Service carefully to understand your legal rights and obligations. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Banzota platform, website, and all related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Conditions, on behalf of yourself and any other people who use the Services under your account. If you do not agree to these Conditions, you must not use the Services.
We may modify or update these Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on our platform. Your continued use after these changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Conditions.
II. Scope of Service
Banzota is a global dropshipping fulfillment platform that helps online sellers streamline product sourcing, order processing, and worldwide delivery. Through Banzota, customers can efficiently manage their eCommerce operations with automated tools and real-time order synchronization.
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Product sourcing and quotation: Customers can request product quotations through their Banzota account by submitting product links or images. These requests are synchronized to the fulfillment admin account for review and quotation.
- System integration: Banzota can connect directly with customers’ online stores (e.g., Shopify or other eCommerce platforms) through API integration, enabling automatic synchronization of orders and status updates. Alternatively, customers can upload order files manually via CSV.
- Order processing and fulfillment: Once payment is confirmed, orders are automatically processed by our fulfillment team. The fulfillment admin handles product preparation, packaging, and shipment. Order status and tracking information are continuously updated on the customer’s Banzota account.
- Global shipping: Banzota coordinates with logistics partners to deliver products to customers’ end buyers worldwide, ensuring efficient and reliable fulfillment.
III. Eligibility & Account Registration
You may need to create your own Banzota account to access certain Services. You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Banzota requires you to be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may use Banzota Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who may create an account or profile on your behalf as permitted by Banzota and purchase with an accepted payment method.
A valid payment method may be required to complete purchases through Banzota Services. If a selected payment method cannot be processed, Banzota may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Therefore, you are responsible for keeping payment information up to date.
Banzota reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole direction. By creating an account and using Banzota Services, you agree to comply with these requirements and accept responsibility for all actions you have taken under your account.
IV. Privacy
Banzota values the privacy and security of information. To protect users’ interests, we provide a detailed Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of Banzota Services, to understand how we collect, use and secure your personal data.
V. Electronic Communications
By using Banzota Services or contacting us through email, text message, or other digital channels, you agree that our interaction takes place electronically. You authorize Banzota to send you information and updates through various electronic means, such as email, SMS, in-app or push notifications, and messages within your Banzota account. These communications may be saved or stored for your reference. Moreover, you also acknowledge that any agreements, disclosures, notices, or other information we deliver electronically carry the same legal weight as if provided in physical written form.
VI. Quotation Policy and Regulations
Customers are required to provide product information, including images, videos, websites, or links from AliExpress, Temu, or other e-commerce platforms, when submitting a quotation request through Banzota’s quotation system.
- For products available on the system: A quotation will be provided within 5–10 minutes.
- For products not yet listed: A quotation will be provided within 1–4 working hours. (On Sundays and public holidays, response times may be longer.)
- For custom or special-request products: A quotation will be provided once official information is received from the manufacturing partner.
Validity period:
- Quotations are valid for 7 days during peak seasons and 15 days during off-peak periods.
- After the validity period, prices may be subject to change due to various factors.
- Customers may request a new quotation to ensure they receive the most accurate and updated pricing.
VII. Order Receipt and Processing Procedure
7.1. Order Submission
Orders are automatically processed through the Banzota system, which connects directly to the customer’s store admin to synchronize order status in real time.
Alternatively, customers may submit orders by sending an Excel or CSV file to the fulfillment department for manual processing.
7.2. Order Processing Time
Orders will only be processed after the Fulfillment Department has received all required order details and confirmed payment from the customer.
- Processing time: Within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM (GMT+7) will be processed on the same day.
- Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Banzota’s Fulfillment team will make every effort to expedite processing and ensure that orders are completed as quickly as possible.
VIII. Order Management and Tracking
Order tracking and status updates are automatically synchronized through the Banzota system.
If a customer wishes to cancel or modify an order, the request must be submitted within 24 hours after the order has been confirmed. After this period, the Fulfillment Department will review the order status and determine an appropriate solution based on its current processing stage.
Customers may also request detailed order information at any time by submitting a support ticket through the system. Once received, the system will process the request and provide the relevant order information via the submitted ticket.
IX. Payment Policy
Customers are required to pay 100% of the order value and applicable service fees before the fulfillment process begins.
Payments can be made via PayPal, PingPong, or other payment methods mutually agreed upon by both parties.
All payment transactions, billing records, and reconciliation reports will be securely recorded and stored in the Banzota system for transparency and reference.
X. Customer Support and Complaint Handling
All complaints must be submitted within seven (7) business days from the date the issue occurs (e.g., wrong item, missing item, or defective product).
Customers are required to provide complete and accurate order information as requested by the Banzota Fulfillment team to facilitate the complaint resolution process.
The Fulfillment team will verify and respond within five (5) business days after receiving all necessary information.
Banzota’s customer support policy is based on the principles of transparency, fairness, and efficiency, ensuring the best possible resolution for every customer.
XI. Refund, Return, and Resend
- Refund: Refunds are applicable only when the fulfillment team is unable to process the order or when the order encounters issues such as product defects, loss during fulfillment, or discrepancies from the original agreement.
- Return: If an order is returned due to the customer’s refusal to receive the package, it will be sent back to the Banzota warehouse. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the issue is caused by Banzota Fulfillment.
- Resend: In cases of lost or damaged shipments during transportation, Banzota Fulfillment will assist with resending the order in accordance with the shipping insurance policy or based on separate agreements between both parties.
XII. Responsibilities and Rights
Banzota is responsible for ensuring the quality of order processing, packaging, tracking updates, and operational reporting.
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information, make full payment for orders and related services, and comply with product regulations – including the prohibition of counterfeit or restricted items.
XIII. Disclaimer
Banzota Fulfillment acts solely as an intermediary service provider for order processing and is not directly responsible for any sales commitments or agreements between the Customer and the end buyer.
Banzota reserves the right to refuse to process any products that are classified as prohibited or sensitive under applicable laws and regulations.
Banzota shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or delays in performance caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, network failures, or other unforeseen events.
XIV. Service Availability
Banzota strives to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of our Services. However, technical issues, maintenance, system upgrades, or other unforeseen factors may occasionally result in temporary interruptions or limited functionality.
We will make every reasonable effort to minimize any disruption or inconvenience. However, Banzota does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times. Banzota shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or data loss arising from such interruptions or technical issues.
XV. Changes to the Service
Banzota reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. This may include changes to features, functionalities, pricing, or operational processes. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant updates, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may discontinue using the Services or contact us to terminate your account.
